Acknowledgement
As a Mununjali woman working and living on Mununjali Country, first and foremost I pay my respects to our Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge the traditional owners of the land which we meet, the Mununjali People, together as one on this beautiful country.
Our people are amazing story tellers, artists, musicians and entertainers. We continue our stories through our crafts and this is what keeps our spirit alive.
Always was, always will be....
Gaureima- Story
Each artwork has it's own story. For me my stories are told through contempory Indigenous Art with vibrant colours, dots, symbols and patterns.
Through painting I have found a passion to tell stories that I love.
Painting about whats important: family, country, water and the sky.
While I love to create stories freely, I also enjoy creating something with a personal touch.
If you would like your own story please reach out I'd love to create something for you.

Cultural Education
Indigenous art is one of my passions along with teaching and sharing with Jarjums ( Children). To be able to work alongside the Educators and share first hand Aborigional Art and Culture is something that I am truly blessed to be able to do.
Aborigional culture is a journey with many oportunities to learn from each other. It amazes me each time just how much our jarjums (children) know already, they are as keen as ever to learn so let's work together to acheive that.
Sessions Include:
- Making Damper
- Small Group Painting
- Bush Tukka Samples
- Yugambeh Language

Our Language Group
You will notice through our website, all our posts on social media and the names off our products we use traditional words. This not only teaches the wider community our language, it also keeps us connected to our people.
We are speaking in Yugambeh dialect. This is the language of our tribe the Mununjali People. We are one of the many clan groups that speak Yugambeh language.
Generations before us were restricted in what they were able to teach, share and practice.
Today our culture is thriving and our jarjums are so fortunate enough to have so many strong indigenous people who lead and inspire them to connect to their identity, culture and country and be proud of who they are and where they have come from.

The safe place for Jarjums to learn and play.Thank you to Charlotte and the team at Hills Early Education for inviting me to join their class, together we painted and spoke about caring for the animals and the country that we live, play and learn on.It’s always great to feel welcome and see what the Jarjums have been learning about and how each centre factors in First Nations Culture to their everyday learning.
